Return Policy
While planning any big event can be stressful, we don’t want you to stress about ordering from us. We have been in business for decades and are very good at helping you determine the best size and fit for you. In rare cases, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have created a return policy. All ordering protocol must be met in order for us to accept any returns and issue a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions about the ordering and sizing process.


Measurements
While our clothing is not custom made to your measurements, it is extremely important to provide accurate measurements so we can ensure that the correct size is ordered. Please have your measurements taken by a professional where possible and do not take measurements by yourself. Accurate measurements cannot be done on yourself. Please refer to the list below of required measurements and contact us if you have any questions on how to accurately measure. If you don’t provide measurements when you order, a return will not be accepted.


Bridal required measurements: Bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow to hem
Suit/Tuxedo required measurements: Chest, overarm, sleeve, neck, waist, outseam (inseam is ok)
Prom required measurements: Bust, waist, hips


Bridal Alterations
Because of varying body shapes and sizes, most brides need to make minor alterations to get the perfect fit. Please keep this in mind when you receive your dress. Our wedding gowns are easy to alter if needed and can be taken in or out (most gowns have at least 1 inch in the side seams to let out if needed). If you need extra fabric for your dress (to add longer sleeves, etc.) please notify us at the time of ordering. Fabric can take up to 12 weeks to get in as well so keep that in mind as you plan your alterations.

Bridesmaid, Prom, or Baptism Order Exchanges and Returns
Our bridesmaid, prom and baptism dresses are typically in-stock so exchanges in sizes can usually be accommodated quickly. If you need to exchange for a different, size, color, or style, you will need to contact us within three business days of receiving the dress to receive an exchange/return authorization number.

Cancellations: In the event that an order is cancelled before it ships a 50% charge will be deducted from the refund.

Bridal Gown Returns: A bridal gown can be return if the following criteria have been met:
-No custom changes were made to the dress
-Accurate measurements were provided
-The correct size was ordered according to our recommendations, based off of the measurements provided.
-A return authorization request was made within 3 days of receiving the dress
-No alterations or damages were made to the dress
-Item is sent back promptly via certified mail with tracking number provided
-A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns


Suit Returns:
Any suit or tuxedo order can be returned if the following criteria are met:
-No custom changes were made
-Accurate measurements were provided
-The correct size was ordered according to our recommendations, based off of the measurements provided.
-A return authorization request was made within 3 days of receiving the suit/tuxedo
-No alterations or damages were made to the suit/tuxedo
-Item is sent back promptly via certified mail with tracking number provided
-A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns

Bridesmaid/Prom/Baptism Dress Returns:
These dresses can be returned if the following criteria have been met:
-No custom changes were made
-A return authorization was made within 3 days of receiving items
-Item has not been worn, damaged or altered in any way
-Item is sent back promptly via certified mail with tracking number provided
-A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns

Accessory Returns:
Due to the nature of weddings these items cannot be returned. These include veils, belts, hair pieces, shoes, shapewear, jewelry, cufflinks, tie tacks, socks.
